An adjustment will not typically hurt. Some patients may experience soreness after the first adjustment when we correct misalignments that have been present for months or even years!

The number and frequency of adjustments vary from person to person. Most sense some progress within a week or two. As supporting muscles and ligaments heal, visits may become less frequent. Cases of long-term spinal neglect may require visits over many months or years.

We currently accept most major insurances including: Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Highmark of Western New York, Independent Health, Univera, Aetna, Cigna and MVP Healthcare. In New York State, you are not required to get a doctor's referral for chiropractic care, however if you do have one, that is great as well!

If we accept your insurance, you will be responsible for your copay or deductible, however we have self-pay rates for those who are not in network with us. A new patient exam is $110 and any subsequent visits are $55.
